Your mission
As the Epiroc Flow Program Manager, your primary objective is to spearhead a lean transformation within Epiroc Operations, aligning with our strategic focus on Operational Excellence. You will oversee a dedicated team of three Regional Improvement Leaders, providing guidance and support to facilities across different regions. Working closely with a global network of change agents and leaders, you'll lead the implementation of Epiroc Flow programs worldwide, ensuring a seamless integration across Production Council initiatives.

The main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Developing program strategies and roadmaps.
* Setting and monitoring targets, including Flow for all scorecards.
* Managing the Epiroc Flow training portfolio.
* Educating teams on Epiroc Flow principles and methods.
* Enhancing the Epiroc Flow Production System (EPS).
* Guiding EPS implementation and assessing facility progress.
* Coaching the global team and fostering collaboration.
* Managing financial aspects and reporting program costs.


Your profile
We are seeking a natural leader with a deep commitment to Lean and Operational Excellence. Your ability to inspire and motivate teams, coupled with effective communication skills across diverse cultures and organizational levels, is essential. You thrive in collaborative environments and possess strong planning and organizational abilities.

To excel in this role, you must have:
* Demonstrated experience in change management and Lean implementation.
* A comprehensive understanding of Lean principles and tools.
* Fluency in English.

Location and travel
This position can be located in an Epiroc office in Örebro/Kalmar/Fagersta (Sweden) or Johannesburg (South Africa). Travelling is required in this position, approximately 40 days/year.
