Technical Architect- ServiceNow 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow technical implementation With at least 5 ServiceNow CIS certifications. Should have experience in integrating ServiceNow with third party tools. Ability to have conversations with customer’s enterprise architect. As an SAP S/4HANA MM consultant you will have an impact at any of our clients by improving their business process in SAP S/4HANA and advising them on best practice At least 15+ years of SAP MM experience Should have completed at least 3+ brownfield conversions in SAP. Should have at least 3 greenfield conversions in SAP S/4 HANA 1909 onwards. Capture and translate business needs into functional specification. Facilitate the Development and support of SAP MM Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements Design, customize, configure and testing of MM/Procurement area and Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve problems. Document functional designs, test cases and results Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Should have sound working knowledge of SAP MM/Procurement areas. SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Solution Architecture, S/4 HANA landscape and architecture experience is must Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective SAP S/4HANA business processes covering eSPP, Procurement and Finance. Lead workshops and presentations to gather requirements and communicate proposed solutions. Provide expertise in SAP S/4HANA best practices, staying updated on features and patches. Work with project teams, contribute to documentation, and support end-user training. Proven experience and certification in one of SAP S/4HANA module (eSPP/ Procurement). In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and hands-on configuration experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders. Ability to lead workshops, troubleshoot complex issues, and recommend process improvements.
