Om rollen som Team Manager: I rollen som Team Manager i Sundsvall kommer ditt fokus att vara på våra medarbetare som varje dag arbetar för att sortera och leverera våra paket. Du kommer att ha personalansvar för ca 30 medarbetare som bland annat innebär uppföljning av KPI:er och medarbetarnas kompetensutveckling. Rollen är både operativ och strategisk för att driften av terminalen ska fungera optimalt där man kommer arbeta 60% operativt i terminalen och 40% administrativt. Du rapporterar till Site Manager. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att innefatta: Sortering av paket och att du är behjälplig i terminalen där det behövs. Ansvarig för att följa upp, schemaläggning och bemanningsplanering. Säkerställa så att verksamheten fortskrider utan hinder genom att noggrant se till så att gods kommer in och ut ur terminalen enligt tidtabell. Kontinuerligt följa upp, utvärdera och förbättra processer och kvalitet. One team might be doing a major overhaul of a legacy system they just inherited, another might need input on what authentication provider to choose, and a third might currently be in a great state with little need of support.
