Lärarassistent VBU, anpassad gymnasieskola Västerbergslagens utbildningsförbund, VBU, är ett kommunalförbund som bedriver gymnasial utbildning, vuxenutbildning, yrkeshögskoleutbildning och uppdragsutbildning. Du som söker måste visa stor förmåga att driva saker framåt, vara självgående och ta egna initiativ utifrån vad som krävs i stunden, för att på bästa sätt stötta läraren och vägleda eleven. Det är viktigt att du av eleverna upplevs som en stabil person som är trygg i dig själv och kan hantera olika elevers personligheter och uttryck. Goda kunskaper inom NPF, alternativ kommunikation som tecken som stöd, bildkommunikation och IT är meriterande.
