I dagsläget omsätter Skansen strax över 300 MSEK och planen för de kommande åren är att hitta nya finansieringsmöjligheter, öka verksamhetens omsättning och ta ett ännu större grepp om förvaltningen av parken och dess byggnader.   I rollen som CFO på Skansen ansvarar du för ekonomi- och IT-avdelningen, ingår i Skansens ledningsgrupp och rapporterar till VD.  Uppdrag  Som CFO på Skansen har du en bred och omväxlande roll som både innefattar operativt fokus på att leda, driva och utveckla verksamheten och säkerställa god kontroll samt att vara drivande affärsmässigt och strategiskt och ett bollplank till VD och övrig ledning. Skansen har ett brett uppdrag och behöver parallellt med utveckling och affärsmässiga initiativ även utforska nya finansieringsmöjligheter. Som CFO förväntas du vara en synlig, kommunikativ och pedagogisk ledare som engagerar andra, både inom den egna avdelningen och utanför.    Arbetsuppgifter  Tillsammans med VD, övriga ledning och styrelse arbetar du med långsiktig verksamhetsutveckling samt framtagning och genomförande av strategiplanen. Du säkerställer att Skansen har en solid grundkontroll och välutvecklade ekonomiprocesser för att kunna redovisa, rapportera och löpande följa upp verksamhetens status. Du jobbar även med områden som investeringar, bygg- och fastighetsprojekt, finansieringsfrågor samt större utvecklingsprojekt.  Kvalifikationer  Vi söker dig som har relevant tidigare erfarenhet för rollen (företrädesvis som CFO/Ekonomichef/Head of Business Control) med gedigen kompetens inom ekonomisk- och finansiell analys, ekonomistyrning och redovisning. Du har en god förmåga att agera sparringpartner till VD och vidareutveckla en verksamhetsnära finans- och IT-funktion samt vana att arbeta och bidra i en ledningsgrupp, rapportera till styrelse samt leda team.  Du har relevant akademisk examen som civilekonom eller motsvarande och kommunicerar muntligt och skriftligt på både svenska och engelska. Erfarenhet från liknande positioner inom besöksnäring, nöjes- eller evenemangsindustrin alternativt andra typer av publikintensiva verksamheter är meriterande liksom erfarenhet av att arbeta med fastighets- och IT-frågor. Erfarenhet av styrning och rapportering för en mångsidig finansiering, såsom statliga medel och gåvor, är meriterande.  Som person behöver du vara prestigelös och lyhörd samt strukturerad och skicklig på att prioritera. Du är målinriktad och handlingskraftig med en entreprenöriell drivkraft och god analytisk förmåga. You will become a key player in the Bank's risks and risk management practices. You will lead a small team of 2-3 Risk officers and be at the forefront of identifying emerging risks, executing audits outlined by the board, and diligently monitoring risk levels. On a personal level You are self-driven with a can-do attitude, collaborative and possess both excellent communication and leadership skills. At least 10 years of relevant experience within Risk Management in the financial sector, preferably as a CRO or Head of Risk. English and Swedish skills at a business proficient level. Provides guidance to and takes guidance from colleagues at Region, Group and the Commercial insurance business. Qualifications and experience: Experienced underwriter/ financial analyst or actuary managing a portfolio of General Insurance business Leadership experience from managing a team Regulatory alignment experience preferred Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and underwriting markets, and experience from the Nordics with an established trust with key brokers and clients is an advantage Demonstrable expertise of underlying insurance concepts Financial Services country regulations, compliance and governance knowledge Corporate strategy and advanced business planning techniques Operational change and transformation leadership experience English language spoken and written at a high level Skills and competencies Strategic and operational leadership Strong understanding of processes and governance Strong portfolio management capabilities High level of relationship building skills Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills As a person, you are curious and have an open mindset of doing things in new and different ways.
