Service Improvement Specialist

Working as part of the Nordic Region Service team, the Service Improvement Specialist will be a crucial part of the development of the region towards the objective of sustainable working practices through defining and implementing various improvement projects. You will lead region-wide change and improvement projects while collaborating with a multicultural team of colleagues. Following up and maintaining new and existing processes which support efficiency at all levels within the business. This role will involve bringing these improvement initiatives and processes to life, helping to ensure the Nordic region Service business remains competitive and up to date with the latest technology and working processes. YOUR TASKS Identify and support the process improvements strategic initiatives from investigations through to implementation. Efficiency up KPI monitoring and support to ensure targets are met Service order handling management and process improvements Monitor and support of Capacity Planning / maintenance plans in SAP Regional Point of contact and lead on various Global Service Operations Excellence department projects. PPE, clothes & Tools Systems Management Ongoing Continuous Improvements engagements on global service level. Updating and maintaining SAP Data (New SPs, WF, changes etc) ART Reporting support and optimisation Engagement in technical and quality related challenges for improvements Commercial involvement – budget, controlling and cost-down related activities Ad hoc involvement in back office support functions Procurement support Support claim management Cross function support as needed YOUR PROFILE Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in the Wind Industry and ideally in Technical area Experience in leading a team to set and reach objectives Experience in coping with changes and working in ambiguous circumstances in a high-volume environment. Commercial or business experience is an advantage Experience of collaborating with colleagues in various countries and locations Formal qualifications in a relevant field Excellent English language skills Proficient IT skills; proven experience within the MS Office environment We are looking forward to your CV and cover letter! Backend Developer - Threat Guidance About The Threat Guidance Team The role of the Threat Guidance team is to develop, maintain, and monitor our applications. Our primary task is building reliable, scalable, and maintainable software products that give customers a solid experience. We are building our systems as microservices using Rust and rely heavily on technologies such as Docker and Kafka and different AWS components. We build API services, Kafka Streams applications, and frontend clients using TypeScript, Next.JS, and React. We also work actively with our CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure to facilitate the developer experience. Your Role Within The Company You will join the Threat Guidance team and work with the development of our backend components, both internal and external. In your role, you will actively contribute to keeping the codebases in excellent shape, keeping the test suite up-to-date, and improving our tools and processes. Responsibilities: ● Write code in Rust to develop new or improve existing microservices on the backend ● Work with environments and tools like Linux, docker, and Kubernetes. ● Work with and develop our CI/CD pipelines and development tools. ● Work with and develop our software development principles and practices. ● Be a key player in our team by providing input and taking initiative for our use of cutting-edge technologies and concepts.
