Sr Manager - Manufacturing Program Planning

We are seeking a driven Senior Manager, Manufacturing Program Planning to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. About the job As the Sr. Manager, Manufacturing Program Planning, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of manufacturing program managers and analysts through the successful ramp-up of Northvolt Ett. Your primary focus will be representing the manufacturing organization by defining requirements, developing plans, and shepherding execution. A key enabler to success is the ability to collaborate with and influence adjacent program teams executing other business elements, ensuring your site level functions within the manufacturing organization are represented and contributing where needed to secure a successful future. About the team This is a senior management role for the Program Management Office (PMO) embedded within the Manufacturing Organization responsible for Northvolt Ett in Skellefteå, Sweden. The Program Planning team led by this role is scoped to reach nearly twenty disciplined executors. Two senior management counterparts within the PMO will support you with their teams focused on Development and Reporting, approximately ten additional specialists, a combined total PMO group of roughly thirty. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead and mentor a team of program managers, providing guidance and support throughout the program lifecycle. Development and execution of comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with overall portfolio objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution of program activities. Generate and maintain detailed schedules, closely monitoring progress and identifying potential risks or delays. Alignment of portfolio plan to cross functional resource availability, forecasting program resource needs and fine-tuning schedules to level resource requirements over time. Skills & Requirements We believe that you have : Master’s degree, preferably engineering or industrial in nature, flexible with equivalent professional experience. 8+ years of experience in project and/or program management roles as an individual contributor 2+ years of additional experience leading a team of program managers, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment. Expertise in program management methodologies, with a focus on portfolio management. Experience operating within a greenfield construction environment is a highly desirable. Knowledge of battery manufacturing processes and technologies is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a startup environment, adapting to changing priorities and driving results in a dynamic setting.

Ensure that Afound tech team have the right competencies in place to meet long term business goals. As part of the management team at Afound you are highly involved in setting strategies long and short term for all of Afound and drive those strategies with your team and the rest of the organization. Conducting code reviews to make sure our delivered code has high quality and are managing technical debt in an efficient way. Leading innovation and conducting proof of concepts sufficient to ensure that our technical platform is up to date with latest technology. Qualifications We believe that you have the ability to move between the larger strategic questions as well as securing stable operations on a daily basis. Your collaborative skills make it easy to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders, both internally and externally. What you need to succeed: 3-5 years’ experience from retail processes and relevant tech platforms Broad-tech background Expertise in .NET and C#, with experience in React and JavaScript considered a bonus Experience working with cloud services, preferably Azure Proven formal or informal leadership. Previous experience in similar roles with umbrella responsibility and stakeholder management. A curious and prestige-less approach to problem solving. A truly collaborative approach and entrepreneurial mind set. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . (Corporate language English.) Programledare till Frivården med placering på anstalten Salberga

Kriminalvården växer – vi bygger nytt, bygger om och bygger till och söker nu nya medarbetare. Vårt viktigaste mål är att minska återfall i brott – att bryta den onda cirkeln. Lyckas vi med det blir samhället tryggare och säkrare för alla. Vi är den myndighet som ansvarar för anstalter, frivård, häkten och klienttransporter. VO Salberga är Sveriges näst största anstalt och tillhör den högsta säkerhetsklassen (säkerhetsklass 1). Det är ca 400 anställda varav den största personalgruppen är kriminalvårdare. Anstalten är uppdelad i ett antal enheter och varje klientavdelning består av mellan 6 och 18 intagna. Salberga öppnade 2007 och är belägen i Sala som geografiskt innebär nära pendlingsmöjligheter från t.ex. Västerås, Uppsala och Avesta! Som programledare på anstalten Salberga ingår du i programenheten Mälardalen norra. Programenheten Mälardalen norra består av 3 programteam. Anstalten Salberga, anstalten Åby samt Frivården Uppsala. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som en viktig del av arbetet med att förebygga återfall i brott och arbeta efter Kriminalvårdens vision "Bättre ut" bedrivs omfattande programverksamhet för klienter både i grupp och enskilt. Behandlingsprogrammen är manualstyrda och bedrivs med hög kvalitet och enligt principerna för evidensbaserad praktik. De bygger företrädelsevis på kognitiv beteendeterapi samt social inlärningsteori. Vid anstalten Salberga bedrivs program riktade mot sexualbrott, relationsbrott, missbruk samt s.k. allmänkriminalitet. Det sammansatta programutbudet innebär att du parallellt kan komma att leda flera olika program. Vid en anställning kommer du intern utbildas och genomgå certifieringsprocesser för att kunna bedriva de behandlingsprogram som är aktuella. Programledarens huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att tillsammans med kriminalvårdsinspektör och övriga programledare och psykologer planera, leda, utveckla och följa upp programverksamheten på anstalten. Som programledare förväntas du samverka i klientarbetet med övrig personal på anstalten. Tillsammans med övrig personal svarar du för säkerhets och ordningsfrågor under behandlingsarbetet. Viktigt är ett gott samarbete såväl med andra programledare som med personal på anstalten. I tjänsten ingår även administrativa arbetsuppgifter. KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som är trygg, stabil och har självinsikt. Du är lojal och har lätt för att samarbeta med andra människor och har väl grundade och tydliga värderingar. I stressituationer är du lugn, stabil och kontrollerad. Du har stor integritet och förmågan att arbeta mot uppsatta mål och fokusera på resultat. Krav: • Akademisk examen med beteendevetenskaplig inriktning såsom socionom eller beteendevetare, alternativt annan akademisk examen i kombination med erfarenhet som Kriminalvården bedömer relevant • Goda kunskaper i svenska språket i såväl tal som skrift. Det är meriterande om du har: • Övriga utbildningar med behandlingsinriktning som Kriminalvården bedömer relevanta. • Klientnära kriminalvårdserfarenhet och/eller klientnära arbetslivserfarenhet inom vård och behandling eller inom socialt arbete. • Erfarenhet av arbete med KBT-baserade insatser och/eller utbildning i KBT. • Relevanta språkkunskaper.
