Summer Position - Consumer Service Agent

The Consumer Service Department plays a very important role in the interaction with the people that use our products. It rests upon the team to be the link between Thule and the users to secure that they get support on requests and information about products and purchases. Supply existing and potential consumers with relevant product data, questions regarding our e-com and issues with the products. We are looking for two persons, one German/English-speaking and one French/English-speaking Consumer Service Agent that can help us during our busy summer season. If you are a service minded, positive and curious person with a strong personal drive, calm, structured and with excellent communication skills, someone that is taking pride in passing on clear and consistent information to a broad audience - then this is an exciting opportunity for you. We trust you have a high working capacity and ability to perform under stress with proficient language skills in following language combinations; German/English. We prefer you to have an education within Business Administration or Marketing or other relevant working experience hopefully using ERP and ticketing systems as well as a proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Till vår prototypavdelning söker vi nu en duktig, noggrann och kvalitetsmedveten Prototyptekniker. I din roll som Prototyptekniker kommer du att arbeta med prototyptillverkning i nära samarbete med vår utvecklingsavdelning. Rollen som Prototyptekniker passar dig som uppskattar stor variation om dagarna och som är nyfiken på att jobba med flera olika tillverkningsmetoder. I linje med den stora satsning som görs inom Produktutveckling flyttade prototypavdelningen in i helt nya lokaler 2021. Lokaler som är väl anpassade för ändamålet och utrustade med maskiner och utrustningar som gör det möjligt att på kort tid ta fram prototyper. Utöver vanligt förekommande utrustning i en mekanisk verkstad har vi även tillgång till flera 3D printers, formspruta, vacuumformning, vattenskärning och pressning av plåtdetaljer för att nämna några. Du som söker är en tekniskt intresserad person som är noggrann och kreativ samt tycker om att skapa med händerna. För att lyckas i rollen bör du ha ett par års relevant erfarenhet av verkstadsarbete samt har god kunskap om olika material och generella tillverkningsmetoder. Kunskaper inom Cad/Cam ,CNC-fräsning, ritningsläsning och prototyptillverkning är meriterande. För att passa in i vår organisation bör du vara en proaktiv och praktisk person som trivs i en miljö präglad av snabba beslut och teamarbete. Summer Position - Account Coordinator

The Customer Service Department is a part of Thule Group’s Supply Chain and plays a very important role as a link between our Customers and Thule organization. Entering and dispatching orders as well as building tight relationship with Customers is a vital part of the job.
