Lead Engineer

1. Managing Teamcenter, System weaver and Industrial path solutions (IPS) application Support, Admin at onsite. 2. Acting as Maintenance Manager (MM) for IPS application at onsite. 3. Resolve issues related to Teamcenter, Catia, TCVIs, System Weaver and Industrial Path Solutions (IPS) etc. including configuration and functionality related issues. 4. Support the technical difficulties within team to support their end users and business requests. 5. Supporting/Solving Teamcenter admin JIRA tickets, testing activities to support implementation of new solutions and system upgrades. 6. Ensure that weekly scheduled deployment within TC Development, TC QA and TC Prod environments are done without any issues. 7. Communicate the concerned stakeholders well ahead of the planned downtimes of various services. 8. Ensure that the environments are up to date between TC Prod, Quality Assurance and Development environments. 9. Ensure the right support and administration help for System Weaver tool and related end users. 10. Creating and Monitoring cron jobs or scheduled tasks. 11. Automating process as per customer needs using python language. 12. Creating and supporting the new TC project requests for various user communities and integrated organizations. 13. Responsible to create new BOM structures in Teamcenter for ex: - EBOM, MBOM and SBOM etc. as per the demand of customer. 14. Functional testing and method testing activities related to System weaver version upgrades. 15. Industrial Path Solutions (IPS) Upgrade activity twice in a year. 16. Managing, purchasing or renewal of licenses of Industrial Path Solutions (IPS) application.

Senior Solutions Architect

1. Windchill Senior Consultant, expected to guide Windchill projects using PDMLink & MPMLink functionalities. Understand Integrations between Windchill & other systems such as KOLA 2. Provide functional support in designing & implementing configurations or customization changes for Windchill PLM system: visual workflow design, lifecycle (business process modelling), access (and security) controls, soft types, views, load files, resource bundles. 3. Work with customer using Agile framework where tasks assigned are closely monitored with JIRA board. Participate in Program Increment planning & scrum meetings 4. Work closely with customer to understand AS-IS processes & help them to move towards the To-BE process mappings, following Windchill Best practices 5. Work on Windchill Visualization services. Investigate & troubleshoot publishing in Windchill. Implement publishing related best practices 6. Understand the business requirements & translate them into meaningful user stories so that bigger tasks can be broken down into several smaller tasks which are easy to manage 7. Ensure customer follows PDMLink & MPMLink best practices & take advantages of enhancements introduced in new releases of Windchill PLM 8. Support implementation of Change management in Windchill. This will help customer to follow an industry standard release process. 9. Create storyboards as per business use cases & manage related documentations in share point. 10. Support the customer in journey of Part Centric Approach.

Technical Lead

As a part of the project team in Sweden, one would have to · Minimum 10 Year of Developmnent Experience in Teamcenter · Design PLM solutions which are well aligned with business requirement · Guide offshore team for solution implementation · Proactive Participation in new developments and projects · Experience of working with Teamcenter Manufacturing Process Planning is must. . Good experience in developing multiple BOM Types . Configure and maintain Change Management module including workflow updates as required · Management of security (project & role based) using Access Manager. · Develop and maintain Teamcenter workflows collaboratively with the business including overall design and workflow handlers Create Teamcenter integration solution design specifications · Collaborate with Suppliers stake holders and communicate solution · Documenting processes and best practices for Teamcenter for End Users and Administrators · Importing of legacy data from various sources into Teamcenter. · Assist with the planning, testing, and deployment of system updates and upgrades collaborating with various business functions to coordinate outages as necessary. · Establish, test, and maintain disaster recovery plans. · Perform root cause analysis debugging problems with Teamcenter and then developing, testing, and implementing fixes to prevent recurrence. · Document all aspects of the system such that knowledge is readily shared amongst all those tasked with supporting Teamcenter. · Develop training, coach, and mentor users aimed at improving their overall efficiency and usage of the system.
