Atlas Copco Group Legal currently has six lawyers in Sickla, out of in total 35 lawyers in different locations around the world, covering a large geographical area and supporting the business with a wide variety of legal matters. Role description You will be heading the compliance support to Atlas Copco’s global organization in all areas in which the Atlas Copco Group is operating. Your main tasks will be to support the business with legal and compliance advice, as well as structure, develop and implement Group processes, policies and strategies related to for example trade compliance and the rapidly evolving landscapes of environmental, social and governance (ESG). You will further provide support in relation to for example whistleblower investigations, anti-money laundry, competition law, anti-bribery and corruption. About you: Besides being a proven team player with the ability to develop relationships easily and naturally with different parts of the organization, you possess a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. * 3+ years of experience in external audit, internal audit, risk management, or related roles. * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. * Strong understanding of risks and internal control principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., COSO). * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Professional proficiency in oral and written English are mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. * Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Power BI skills are not a must but an advantage.
