The position Combine analytics with networking in this position while working with agame of immense significance for our players. You will be responsible for managing and scaling Star Stable Entertainment's Affiliate Program through Impact Radius, focusingon profitable partnerships to accelerate revenue and growth. You will own Impact Radius as a platform, ensure correct setup of affiliate terms, promotions, and offers, and tracking. Please note that this is a full time,parental leave replacement for a period of 10 months, with the preferred start date end of June 2024. Responsibilities: Owning and delivering the overall affiliate strategy ensuring the program continues to evolve and remain competitive Identify and recruit new affiliates through various approaches including social networks (forums, content websites), marketplace websites, and publisher dashboards. Generate comprehensive traffic reports with actionable feedback and guidance to Partners including analysis of ROI benchmarks aiming to scale player acquisition growth You work to understand our conversion funnel and overall knowledge of user acquisition channels Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to address ad hoc issues such as tracking and attribution for cross-device campaigns Provide creative assets (such as banners, videos) to affiliate partners Negotiate and manage contracts as well as commission structure for affiliates with the ultimate goal of maximising profitability KPI and fraud monitoring Manage the day-to-day communication with affiliates, recommend new campaigns, handle all general questions, and technical issues as needed Grow our partnerships portfolio as well as re-engage with dormant Partners Have a basic understanding of Influencer Marketing on an Affiliate basis. Recruit and handle the communication with Content Creators Be able to report on performance on a monthly/quarterly basis and address any potential issues We think you Have a solid understanding of UA/Affiliate marketing (+2 years of experience) Strong negotiation skills with experience in a blend of deal structures; RevShare , CPA, Hybrid etc. Have knowledge of affiliate management platforms such as Impact Radius or other management platforms. Have experience in growing customer acquisition through performance based partnerships. It’s desirable if you have knowledge of player acquisition within the gaming industry. Can work with data to evaluate and report on campaign’s performance throughout our conversion funnel. You have basic knowledge of Google Analytics, ThoughtSpot (or other similar tool). Are proactive and feel comfortable communicating, giving feedback and negotiating with multiple partners. Are fluent in English and have the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Perks for joining us? A pretty sweet mission. Kundresan och nöjdhet: Aktivt övervaka användningsdata, engagera kunder för ökad produktanvändning och lösa problem empathetically. Förnyelser och expansion: Samarbeta med säljteamet för att identifiera förnyelse- och expansionsmöjligheter och maximera retention. Produktfeedback och kundförespråkande: Samla in feedback, agera som kundens röst internt och samarbeta med marknadsföring för att stärka kundrelationer. Kvalifikationer: - Vi söker dig som har: - Erfarenhet av Customer Success, Account Management eller relaterade roller i SaaS-bolag. - God förståelse för Software as a Service (SaaS)-affärsmodeller och förmåga att kommunicera tekniska begrepp. - En passion för att leverera exceptionella kundupplevelser och kundnöjdhet. - Utmärkta kommunikationsfärdigheter på svenska och engelska, både skriftliga och muntliga, med förmågan att anpassa kommunikationsstilen till olika målgrupper. - Förmåga att bygga och upprätthålla starka kundrelationer. - Ett analytiskt tänkesätt med förmågan att utnyttja data för att ta fram och driva igenom Customer Success strategier. - Empati, tålamod och förmåga att aktivt lyssna på kundens behov.
