Working closely with our Pricing Manager, you'll leverage both global and local pricing frameworks to achieve tangible, impactful outcomes. Your responsibilities Enhance our profitability by implementing a sophisticated pricing structure that aligns with our business goals and market dynamics. Work closely with stakeholders to develop streamlined pricing processes that ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our pricing strategies. Offer valuable data insights to guide the development of localized pricing policies, ultimately boosting sales performance and customer satisfaction. Continuously analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, allowing us to refine our pricing strategies and stay ahead of the competition. Play a key role in developing innovative tools and resources to support our local sales team, enabling them to optimize their performance and drive revenue growth. Take charge of measuring and reporting on the performance of our pricing strategies, providing valuable insights and empowering our local management to make informed decisions. Collaborate effectively with our global partners to support and manage pricing agreements, ensuring that our local market remains competitive and aligned with global standards. Your background You have experience in business, finance, or related fields. You have previous experience in a similar role. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify growth opportunities in different scenarios. You can develop strategies that increase profitability by understanding market dynamics and customer needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment, seamlessly working with teams to achieve common goals. You take ownership of projects, driving them forward independently while surpassing targets and deadlines. You demonstrate enthusiasm for pricing and business strategy, ready to tackle new challenges and drive innovation. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, with proficiency in SAP, Excel and Power BI.
