Du  följer upp energistatisitk för fastigheter, arbetar med felsökning, energibesparande åtgärder ute i fastigheterna. Du ingår i energigruppen och samarbetar med vår energisamordnare samt energiprojektledare.  Vem söker vi för tjänsten? Du är en god problemlösare med initiativförmåga med tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta med energioptimering som en del av dina arbetsuppgifter. Vi ser gärna att du är extra kunnig inom ventilation alt. styr och regler och har arbetat med olika typer av fastigheter och teknisk komplexitet.  Vi söker dig som har följande kvalifikationer och erfarenheter: Erfarenhet av att arbeta med energioptimering inom kommersiella fastigheter eller inom industrin Flera års erfarenhet som drifttekniker  Goda kunskaper om energianalysverktyg och driftövervakningssystem. Förmåga att avgöra vilka åtgärder som har stor resp. liten påverkan på energiförbrukningen. Goda kunskaper om energioptimering samt byggnadernas tekniska system och hur de samverkar. Tex förstå hur man hanterar skillnader mellan upplevt klimat och teoretiskt behov. Goda kunskaper i att på plats kunna kontrollera och förbättra de tekniska systemen i fastigheten avseende energiprestanda Goda kunskaper inom styr och regler alt. ventilation Ansök idag!
